A British National, Chris has extensive experience in both the Supply Chain business and Banking sectors having worked in Central London, Zurich, Hong Kong and Latin America.
Based out of our Mexico City office, Chris oversees our many global facilities whilst working with the senior team to define strategy, acquisitions and new market opportunities. This ensures our offering is unique, innovative, ethical and offers reliability, affordability and exceptional quality.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
With over 20 plus years in the operations sector, Brian has extensive experience as a entrepreneur and business leader. He is known as a change agent, leader and communicator in his field with a keen strategic mindset.
Brian is based in the US, but has considerable international business experience with dealings in Latin America Middle East and Asia.
CYNTHIA SU
TERRITORY MANAGER ASIA PACIFIC
Cynthia Su has years of experience in commodities trading, especially import & export in and out of China. For the past few years, she has been handling a trading platform in China that provides trading services to many small and medium-sized businesses while providing guidance and financial assistance to help move transactions and trading over the line. Thanks to her professional handling of this operation, she has gained trust from her ever-expanding network of high-value customers and businesses.
Originally from Fujian Province, China, Cynthia obtained her Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and Master of Science in Analytics from the University of Chicago.
SEVERINO ALVAREZ AQUIRRE, MBA
CHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER
Severino Alvarez has over 30+ years of experience as an executive leader within a leading, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) supply chain within multiple countries in the food and beverage industry.
Based in Mexico City, he is responsible for Grasslands' supply network, ensuring the efficient transformation from raw materials to final orders in a timely, costly, and efficient manner.
DANNY KWON, JD
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Danny has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and attorney for over 25 years working in Canada, US and Asia. He has supply chain experience sourcing manufactured goods from Asia.
A member of the California bar, Danny is based in the Lincoln, California office, Danny is responsible for the legal aspects of the business from contracts to legal oversight of financial transactions and partners.
NICK XUE, BSC MBA
DIRECTOR - GREATER CHINA
Nick has extensive knowledge and experience working with both private and state-owned enterprises in China. He is also specialized in connecting governmental entities with private sector entities and provides guidance on quick-changing governmental policies.
Originally from Beijing, Nick obtained his B.Sc in Finance at the University of Delaware and obtained an MBA from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania).
ANDREW SAVILL, BSC
DIRECTOR – EMEA
Andrew brings extensive Corporate and Investment Banking experience having worked in major Investment and Private banks in the City of London for over 20 years in trading, asset structuring, risk management and compliance roles.
Living in Europe, Andrew heads up our EMEA operations as well as being lead on any complex financial matters, sitting also on our company board. Andrew’s ‘client first’ mentality and analytical brain makes him a vital member of our management team.

Based in the UK, Ian has over 20 years experience in the digital world and is an expert in design, development and marketing.
Having worked for big corporate companies as well as owning a design & marketing agency in the past, he knows the B2B & B2C market very well.
JEFF MOSER
TERRITORY MANAGER SOUTHERN USA
Tennessee local Jeff is works as our Territory Manager for the southern US states. Jeff has a wealth of experience dealing with the wholesale and supermarket supply chain sector as well as extensive export experience.
Experienced in all food categories Jeff’s role is to oversee our dedicated Sales and Sourcing teams in the region , and when necessary liaise direct with suppliers and buyers the region. Jeff has the experience and professionalism to serve your every international as well domestic needs.
